A transparent, ISO-conformant certification pathway
-
1) Application & Scoping
We clarify scope, sites, activities, statutory/regulatory context, and exclusions. Risks that affect audit time and competence are identified (ISO 17021-1).
-
2) Stage 1 Audit (Readiness)
Review of documented information, site readiness, process mapping, legal registers, objectives, internal audit & management review status, and readiness for Stage 2 (ISO 19011).
-
3) Stage 2 Audit (Certification)
On-site evaluation of implementation and effectiveness, process performance and monitoring, competence, operational control, risk controls, and improvement mechanisms. Nonconformities are graded and communicated with agreed corrective actions (ISO 17021-1 / ISO 19011).
-
4) Independent Decision
Certification decisions are made by qualified personnel not involved in the audit. We issue certificates with scope, sites, and validity (ISO 17021-1).
-
5) Surveillance (Years 1 & 2)
Planned surveillance audits verify continued conformity and improvement; focus areas may rotate based on risk and performance (ISO 17021-1 / ISO 19011).
-
6) Recertification (Year 3)
A system-wide effectiveness review prior to certificate renewal, considering audit results, complaints, performance trends, and strategic changes.
