Introduction
The ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor Course is designed to train professionals to conduct internal audits of food safety management systems (FSMS) in compliance with the ISO 22000:2018 standard. This program covers food safety auditing principles, hazard analysis, and FSMS requirements. A 30-minute multiple-choice question (MCQ) exam and a practical FSMS audit simulation exercise.
