Manual Handling at Work

Introduction

The Manual Handling at Work Course is designed to train workers and supervisors in safe manual handling techniques to prevent injuries, in compliance with OSHA and international ergonomic standards. This program covers risk assessment, proper lifting techniques, and injury prevention strategies. Through theoretical instruction, hands-on training, and practical exercises, participants will gain the expertise to handle materials safely, reduce musculoskeletal injuries, and promote a safe work environment.

A 30-minute multiple-choice question (MCQ) exam and a practical manual handling technique evaluation.

Certification

Manual Handling at Work Certificate issued by ACSGP upon successful completion.
