Introduction

This course trains professionals to plan and produce sustainability reports aligned with internationally recognized sustainability reporting standards and frameworks. You’ll practice materiality assessment techniques, stakeholder engagement planning, and ESG data workflows using original ACSGP materials. Course Objectives

  • Understand the structure and intent of leading sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (without reproducing proprietary text).
  • Conduct defensible materiality assessments and document methods and outcomes.
  • Plan stakeholder engagement and evidence trails to support disclosures.
  • Design data collection controls for ESG metrics (carbon, energy, water, waste).
  • Apply reporting principles (balance, comparability, accuracy, timeliness) to your context.
  • Link the report to corporate strategy, risk, and compliance obligations.
  • Visualize and communicate sustainability data for diverse audiences.
  • Plan internal reviews and readiness checks for limited/reasonable assurance.
