Membership Criteria

Expand each topic to understand the evidence ACS-GP expects during review.

Qualification Requirements
Acceptable qualifications typically include recognised lead auditor training and supporting academic or professional credentials where applicable. Each submission is assessed in context of the selected standard(s).
Audit Experience Requirements
Demonstrable participation in audits is expected for higher membership tiers, including role clarity (e.g., auditor, lead auditor) and reasonable coverage across the standard’s intent.
Audit Log Evidence
The digital logbook should capture dates, standards, duration, role, and supporting artefacts where permitted—structured so technical reviewers can reconstruct a defensible audit history.
CPD Requirements
Continuing professional development is tracked to support ongoing competence, consistent with professional expectations for auditors operating in ISO-conformant environments.
Code of Conduct & Ethics
Members acknowledge impartiality, confidentiality, integrity, and professional behaviour. Breaches may result in review, suspension, or removal of recognition.

Commitment to Professional Integrity

All members are expected to maintain professional integrity, impartiality, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and competence throughout their auditing activities.
